This site is about Simulation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) programming, with a focus on bots in video games.
The idea is to share knowledge and (hopefully) original ideas , tools and C++ source code for hobbyists bot programmers like me.
I started bot coding on Half-life 1 "Botman" HPBBot, went on with Counters-strike 1.5 "Count Floyd" Podbot and the very helpful ressources of the bots-united.com site, and I now have my own CS1.5 bot running. I also started prelim work for an autopilot for the open-source Battle Of Britain I; a FPS game-alike test bench for all my ideas ("AiEngineTest" project) is dowloadable with other open-source programs of mine.
